Once the concept is created, we develop the design, considering engineering, structural, and aesthetic elements. The design direction for the interior and the exterior of the property consider natural light, air flow, temperature, and space. The concept is documented as well as the initial selection of materials and finishes. Our constantly evolving and expansive library is key for the right selection. Similarly, the relationship with suppliers allows the team to access inspiring materials that will have the effect, functionality and cost required for each project. Additionally, drawings, timeline, budget, building team information, and other professional stakeholders’ information is documented, including strata managers, engineers, surveyors, etc.
