Property Assessment

This is where we help clients assess the right strategy for their asset, based on the objective to achieve in the short & long term. Planning & Concept Design

We look at a project holistically, and review with the Property Manager who the demographic target/ user is, and any historic issues with the property. We consider interior trends, needs & wants of the target, market dynamics, renovation techniques, and all stakeholders involved. We then establish the design for the interior and exterior of the Property Uplift. The Blueprint is documented, along with the selection of materials and finishes. Additionally, the team documents all project deliverables, optimisation of floor plan, drawings, timeline, budget, building team information, and other professional stakeholders, including strata managers, engineers, surveyors, etc. We make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible for our clients.
